Biography
Bishnu Rathi serves as the Associate Director at Hegemoniq. He is currently a first-year PhD student at the Centre for Indo-Pacific Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
His academic interests lie in International Relations Theory, Political Thought, Diplomacy, and Decoloniality. Currently, as a research scholar, he focuses on India-Indonesia Relations within the broader Indo-Pacific regional construct.
Prior to this, Bishnu worked as a research intern with the Y20 Secretariat as well as with esteemed organisations like the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies. He has also published book reviews in academic journals and presented working papers at international conferences.
