Who We Are Looking For

We welcome students, recent graduates, young professionals, and anyone who wants to gain hands-on experience in research, writing, and thought leadership.
Available Roles
Our core team roles are designed to allow flexibility while ensuring meaningful contribution. These roles include:
- Head of Research and Policy – Leads the Research and Policy team, oversees all research topics, guides Research Associates, and has the final authority on what we publish and the strategic direction of our research.
- Research Associates(3 posts) – Conducts research, supervises interns, and works under the Head of Research & Policy. Responsible for publishing at least three articles per week, with at least one intern reporting to them. Total 3 posts.
- Senior Fellow, Expert Relations: Conducts interviews with diplomats, ambassadors, professors, and domain experts via email and other channels, ensuring high-quality, insightful conversations. Works under the guidance of the Founding Director and is responsible for managing the interview process subject to their approval. One interview per week.
- Geopolitical Research Lead – Responsible for researching and publishing the Weekly Geopolitical Update every Sunday, providing insights from an Indian perspective. Supervises one intern.
- Head, Roundtable Programs– Manages and conducts The Hegemoniq Roundtable, an exclusive monthly written panel discussion. Works under the guidance of the Founding Director, with all content subject to his approval. One publication per month.
Each role allows flexibility in time commitment, making it suitable for those balancing studies, work, or other engagements.
