Biography

Jacopo Damaschi is a Research Associate at Hegemoniq, where he contributes to the think tank’s founding research on European policy and strategic affairs. As part of the founding team, he leads research projects, focusing on defence integration, industrial policy, and the evolving architecture of European strategic autonomy.

He holds an MSc in European and International Politics and Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in International and Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Trieste. Alongside his academic background, Jacopo has been actively involved in European policy initiatives, gaining experience in research, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Outside of research and study, he enjoys training and travelling.
